I love pesto. Last night I tried to make a vegan version for my brown rice spinach pasta, but it turned out more like a fluffy green sauce. It was very yummy, but definitely not pesto. While I go back to the drawing board on that one, take a peek at this pesto made by Angela of Oh She Glows. It's oil-free, made with navy beans(!) and completely vegan. Hmmmm….I'll be dreaming about it all day.
